… I mean it. The title of this speaks it all.
Not that long ago, I was wanting to get that bikini body, have a sparkling clean house, have our own house (own it), fancy (unneeded) car, own my own business–freelance, babysit, photography, downsize, coupon, babysit, and much, much more.
Honestly, at that time–it wasn’t the right time. I was trying to do too much. I overwhelmed myself and quickly spiraled downhill. Well things are settling down here. I am about to wrap up our downsizing, the freelancing company I was working for lost most of their work, I am getting couponing down to a “t”, babysitting is about to wrap up in the next couple of months, and I am finally finding time to fit in a few photography sessions in a month. I have also find an exercise routine that works for me right now–takes about 10 minutes.
When things are meant to work out, they will. But, mommies–don’t overdo it. I tried to do everything and much more. I am only human though. We do so much! You may not realize how much but, if yourself a break. We’re human like everyone else and need to be cut a little slack. No matter how much of a freaking superwoman you are–give yourself a break. Start by adding in little by little. If you find something that doesn’t work for you, change it. If it’s too much, take it out. Work stuff around until you find what works for you.
You can do it! Just don’t try to do too much.
